We kindly ask that you include supporting images along with an unboxing video clearly demonstrating the state of your order at the time it was received, as well as providing your receipt or invoice issued during delivery to substantiate your claim effectively. Furthermore, in instances where partial deliveries occur—where some items may be missing—you should also submit an unboxing video showcasing all items received alongside the corresponding receipt or invoice within this same 24-hour window for prompt resolution. Should you find yourself in a situation where the item received is physically damaged, has missing parts, differs from its description on the product detail page, or is defective and does not operate as intended, you are entitled to request a refund. Please note that refunds can be initiated under any one of these specific criteria:
1. if the item shows visible signs of physical damage upon arrival;
2. if essential components are absent;
3. if there’s a notable discrepancy between the product you received and what was advertised; or
4. if the product is determined to be non-functional.
It’s important to understand that all refund requests will undergo due verification by authorized personnel from the seller before proceeding.
In cases where items are confirmed to meet any of these conditions—be it damage, defectiveness, or misrepresentation—a full refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment within an efficient timeframe of 10-12 business days.

At Fields of Purity Shop, we uphold a strict Replacement Policy that reflects the unique nature of our offerings. Due to the specialized products crafted with meticulous care and precision, replacements are not permitted under any circumstances.
Our Cancellation Policy further reinforces this commitment to operational integrity; once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, but should a customer refuse delivery of their order, they will incur both forward and reverse shipping charges as part of their responsibility in ensuring smooth logistics.
This policy is designed to maintain transparency and efficiency while safeguarding the exceptional quality standards we promise at Fields of Purity Shop.
1. **Availability on Delivery Date:**
Please ensure you or an authorized person are available on the delivery date to receive the order. Products will be hand-delivered either to you or to someone you have appointed to collect the order on your behalf.
2. **Signature Requirement:**
All deliveries to residential or commercial addresses require a signature upon receipt for authentication. We are not responsible for shipments signed for by anyone other than the person who placed the order or their authorized representative.
3. **Delivery Attempts and Cancellation:**
We will make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts on the scheduled delivery date to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, your order will be canceled. Refunds will be processed as per our terms and conditions.
4. **Incorrect Address Policy:**
Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is supplied, the product will be returned to us by the delivery rider. Refunds will be made according to our terms and conditions in such cases.
5. **Damage Claims:**
Any claims for damaged products must be reported to our customer service team via email at care@fieldsofpurity.in within 24 hours of receiving the order.
6. **Shipment Charges:**
Customers are responsible for paying the shipment charges applicable to each order. Shipment charges will be displayed at the checkout page before placing your order.
7. **Reverse Shipping Charges:**
A reverse shipping fee of ₹120 will apply if the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts or refuses to accept the delivery.
8. **Product Storage:**
Upon receiving your product, please store it according to the storage instructions provided on the back of the packaging. We cannot accept replacement or refund requests for quality issues arising from improper storage.
9. **Freight Charges for Non-Metro Cities:**
Freight charges may vary based on the weight of the products shipped to non-metro cities.
10. **Delivered vs Not Delivered Discrepancies:**
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please report this to customer support within three hours of the delivery notification. Claims raised after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
